CHRISTMAS DANCE.—The Village Hall Committee held a Christmas Dance on Saturday and about £6 was raised for the funds. Messrs. K. Boulton and R.H. Philips were M.C.s, and A. Harris and W.T. Phillips were door stewards. Refreshments were served by Mesdames Wilson, J. Sadler, W.T. Phillips and F.G. Dalton. The Chairman (Mr. J. Sadler) and the Secretary (Mr. T.G. Dalton) were also there.
