Village Club.—At the monthly meeting on Wednesday, the President (the Countess of Harrowby) suggested the planting of a tree on the Village Green by the Women’s Institute, and to have a seat around it, to be called the Jubilee tree. Arrangements are to be made later. Mrs. Hollins was the hostess.
